We currently ONLY ship to the United States of America. Please stay tuned for future regions!

Shipping Times:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

Shipping Rates:
Calculated at checkout or based on weight/destination.

Lost or Damaged Items:
Please contact your local postal carrier if your order hasn't arrived within 3 days or arrives damaged. Some orders may qualify for insurance through your postal carrier. Orders using Shop Pay over time payments are disqualified from insurance. Please note that Lucky Lychee Collectibles does not take responsibility for the package after it has been shipped out, but we will try our best to help locate or remediate any problems, should they arise.
